Is there Wi-Fi Internet access at the hotels?
All of our hotels are equipped with a Wi-Fi network on the ground floors and in the rooms. Our current rates for Wi-Fi are: 1 day - 4€, 3 days - 9€, 1 week - 15€. There are also computers with Internet connection available at the hotels on a prepaid basis. The current rate is 1€ for 15 minutes.

On the day of your arrival, you can access to your room from 12.00 noon onwards. Equally, on the day of departure, you do not have to vacate your room until 12.00 noon.
Is there a medical service available at the hotels?
Palmira Hotels has an external medical service available with 24hr call-outs. The cost of this service will be charged to the guest.
Can I hire a fridge?
Yes, all of our hotels have a mini-fridge hire service. You can arrange this service at reception for the cost of 30€ per week.
Can I hire towels?
Towels can be borrowed from the hotel for being used not only at the pool but also at the beach. A deposit of 12€ must be required per towel.
If I am travelling with children, is there a childcare service I can use?
Our reception staff will put you in contact with trustworthy people with extensive childcare experience. The cost of the service will vary according to the number of hours and the timings.
What type of services do you offer guests with special requirements?
Our staff will help you at all times, whatever your requirements are. For guests with food intolerances, a wide range of food that is suitable to your needs will be made available. For diabetic guests, we have fridges for the specific purpose of storing your medication. There is also a special bin at reception for you to dispose of any clinical waste.
Do you hire equipment for people with reduced mobility or for children?
Yes, of course! We work with a company specialized in the hire of all kinds of equipment: wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, children’s buggies, etc.
Restaurant opening hours:
On the day of arrival, the maître will allocate you a permanent table for the whole of your stay. In addition, if you are planning an excursion during the day and have purchased lunch at any of our hotels, either on a full-board or all-inclusive basis, you can order a packed lunch the day before at your hotel reception.

The team at Palmira Hotels will offer you a cold dinner or breakfast in the hotel’s dining room. Please contact the staff at reception who will be able to help.
If you have any intolerance or food allergy, please contact the dining staff. Our team is trained to give you all the information about the foods we offer in our buffets.
In all our hotels, we have a reading Spot, where we offer a variety of books for you to enjoy during your vacation. This is a free service.
If in doubt about the weight of your luggage, and you want to avoid embarrassing situations at the airport, we do offer, for a minimum cost, a large electronic scales.
